Mat Class - 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Brett Howard delivers a strong classical Pilates mat class with a concentration on flow. His class draws inspiration from his teacher Romana Kryzanowka who told him every Pilates studio should have a sign above its door saying "THIS IS A WORKOUT”.
The class is a fun workout that focuses on proper form and execution. In the class Brett incorporates not only the knowledge he gained from working with Romana, but also from what he has learned from first generation teachers Lolita San Miguel, Mary Bowen, Kathy Grant and Jay Grimes.

Filming. This mat class will be filmed by Pilates Anytime. As a result the schedule may fluctuate according to filming requirements. Participants will have the choice of being on or off camera.
