Those front splits were tough! :) The balance alone is something to work on. It's great to take a class where there is that one thing that is extra challenging...something where you can only do a few reps or perhaps a modified version. This was that for me today! Thank you for such a fun and challenging class.
Cindy K have you tried the Kick it Up program? There are lots of fusion style workouts in this! Plus a new bootybarre workout will be coming sometime this year as I just shot it! So happy you love the workouts xo
