Used in Franklin Method classes, these balls are specifically designed for self-massage, balance, and gait exercises. The smooth surface makes them an excellent choice for more sensitive students, and it provides deep muscle penetration without aggravating soft tissue.
Cost: US $24A small ball with a soft easy-grip texture that can be used to prompt correct body position and muscle activation while doing exercises. The Overball is a commonly used prop on Pilates Anytime, often used to increase the intensity of a workout.
Cost: US $10Created by Master Pilates Teachers Michael Fritzke and Ton Voogt, this ball features a unique texture, size and material composition designed to intensify your Pilates ab exercises to help you build more core strength. The ball can also be customized to support your individual comfort level and ability.

I was wondering if the triad ball came in different sizes as you state it is 24cm but Body control Pilates states 26cm. I'm looking to purchase some balls and I'm not sure which size/brand to get.
