A lifelong athlete, I have been riding horses since age 4. I started doing Pilates, about 20 years ago, because of a back injury. Since then, I have found Pilates invaluable not only for rehab, but for improving my riding performance. I would like to help other athletes improve their strength and flexibility through Pilates.
