I'm so very grateful to Pilates! My amazing trainer has helped me soooooo much. I'm thrilled now to have a strong core now, no back pain, and an awesome posture. It's been so great during the pandemic to be able to work out via Zoom with my trainer and then to find these classes on Pilates Anytime where I can use my amazing Gratz chair. FYI, I'm an author (who used to sit too much -- now I have a standing desk). My next book is I blew my diet! Now what? (May 2, 2022).
