If I may ask, what brad of weighted balls did you have in the video? Or which ones to you recommend?
I like the Stott Pilates weighted balls (2 lb.). They're a great help for students who have trouble performing The Roll Up. I also have the ones shown in the video, but they are too large for most women's hands. My men use them, though.
