Are there exercises that can be recommended for sciatica? Bridge and Eve's Lunge are a couple, however are the more complete programs that focus on a client with this condition?
I have a form of sciatica (piriformis syndrome), which is a very painful condition and I tried hip hop aroebics, yoga, and circuit training, but they only aggravated the problem and I resigned my gym membership. Then I found Pilates Anytime.com. What a difference!
