Hi. We are having a discussion here in Switzerland about the hundred. Could somebody tell me, please from the repertoire if the hundred are made with a neutral pelvis or with the imprinting? Open knees and close feet or close knees and feet? Hands together or separated? Thank you for an answer....a neutral one since my colleagues and I are curious about....but fighting to be right!!! Ciao
hi Paola, I'm in Zug and admittedly a training teacher through BCP London. But, I have been taught, this is neutral pelvis and at the first stage, the knees are bent and hip width apart, stage 2, double knee fold and stage 3 extended legs.
