Hi, I'm recovering from a fractured fibula, fortunately it was a simple fracture and did not affect my ankle stability. My orthopedist thinks I won't even need PT after I reach 6 weeks of healing, but I would like to develop a pilates program to help get back into shape. I have a reformer at home. Can anyone point me to videos that would be helpful in restoring ankle mobility and strength gradually? Alternatively, a pilates/PT instructor who could help me develop a program to use at home? Thanks!
