Hi, I am new to this site and love it. I am a little overwhelmed by all the mat class choices and am confused-where should I start? I am on a beginner level, but how do you know when to,advance? How many times a week should the classes be taken? Some advice please!!! :)
Catherine ~ We are happy to hear that you love the site! I recommend starting with two of our programs: The Fundamentals and The Starter Series. They will both help you progress in your practice. I recommend taking classes a few times a week so you can start to get it in your body. I hope this helps!
