Hi, I am opening a studio soon and am working on pricing. Do you have different pricing for different instructors in your studio? Master trainer, senior instructor and junior instructor? I was watching Cara's video on starting a pilates business and it was an eye opener that she has one pricing for all instructors in the studio. It makes sense that she doesn't want to deprive a client of a particular level of instructor if say the timing doesn't fit. However would client's feel short changed that they are paying so much for say a newly trained instructor? I am more aligned towards a single price but my business partner prefers to have 3 pricings. It was also make accounting more messy!!
