Bad knees

Hi everyone. I am looking for recommendations for Mat Pilates workouts...I have bad knees and need to avoid lunges, squats or anything that pulls on the knees. However, I need to strengthen my quads which helps to alleviate the knee pain....this can be difficult though. Appreciate any recommendations. Peace, Sher
