I have chronic neck and shoulder pain, and lifting my head/shoulders in a supine position for any extended amount of time really messes me up. Can anyone recommend mat workouts that do not have any head lifting, or a minimum of it that can be easily modified? I've already found #1239 and #1683, both with Amy Havens, which are great.
Tonya ~ We have many classes and tutorials that focus on the shoulders that may be helpful to you. You can find those here. I'm not sure what level you are, but Cara Reeser has a Mat workout with very minimal flexion. Our Standing Mat classes may also work well for you. I hope this helps!
