Hi, my right hip hitch hikes, causing pain between hip and scarum. I'm working with a physical therapist and it has been helpful. But, I would like to know of other Pilates exercises which may help me. I can do almost all exercises , except advanced extension like rocking. Thank you
I don't know if we experience the same thing, but I have always found leg circles and 'stag' to be very helpful for my l4/5 issues, right hip hike/right sacrum/lower back pain. Also the typewriter and other hip isolations while in bridge.
