Daniel did one new Oov class recently. While he was here, did he film more Oov mat classes? I sure hope so. I bought an Oov based on his videos of last year and I would love to have some more Level 2 Oov mat classes to use at home.

Susan B ~ Daniel actually filmed a workshop while he was here in addition to the new class that is on the site. The workshop should be available in the next month. I hope you enjoy it once it's on the site!

Have you seen Elizabeth Larkam's Oov class? Not sure if it's level 2, but it had some pretty great moves in it :)
