I've decided to switch up my morning routine a little bit and I'm now looking for some nourishing, not-too-hard, yet energizing Pilates moves that can be easily done in a few minutes in the morning. Waking up the back and shoulders and getting some extension would be a priority. I might also incorporate my MOTR and/or Pilates Arc, but overall it should be a simple routine that doesn't take too much "thinking" and that doesn't make me too tired to have a full work-out later in the day. I'm curious about any ideas you may have! :) Thanks in advance!
