Good morning everyone, Lately I'm having a hard time with this new client of mine who is not capable of breathing into her chest! And this is even more important for her since her abdominal wall is very weak :( She's not a yogi and never tried yoga before, but her belly breathing is so strong! We tried to work with the feedback of her hands (on chest and stomach), we tried with a weight on her belly, we tried lying down on the arc barrel... Do you have any other advice or trick or prop to use to help her connecting her mind to her body and start breathing into her lungs?
