Good mat for rounded shoulders and thoracic in flexion

I’m a newbie to Pilates. I’ve had a private instructor for a year now. Pilates has transformed my body building/imbalanced body significantly in a year. My chest muscles are tight. My back muscles elongated. My instructor has successfully begun to get movement in my thoracic. Now we’re beginning to strengthen the back. While I’m at work I need some good intermediate mat that will mostly concentrate in that area. At home I have a spine straightener and reformer. Any thoughts on some videos I could do at work? I’m a fireman so I have 48 hour shifts. Any suggestions would be great! Also anyone who’s come from this flexed spine position and has had pilate success please let me know about your journey! I love encouragement!
