An oldie, what a goodie! Glad I came a (lots of criss)cross it. Love the meditative 'easy' transitions and the flow through this class, Meredith. And yet I still got a good sense of my muscles working.. hard that is. That's exactly what pilates is for me :) Thx
I finished my 'Meredith challenge' with this class - the idea was to break out of my routine and I have always appreciated Meredith's classes for pushing through my limits, and then a little more. This one was something to work up to... and then recover from. Now I need to catch up with the latest classes on PA that are accumulating.
