This is a great series. I love to come back to the “simple” (said lightly) classes and build strength. Also, can’t get enough of your exceptional queuing. Glad I revisited this class today. Thank you.
I have been doing pilates for 20 years but lately my body doesn't feel like its normal self. I am tired. This series has been awesome for waking my body back up and reminding it that I have all the basic building blocks.
