video time - 6:00 : is it ok that her working leg crossed 90 degrees vertically and caused her spine to go into imprint? I was taught that going in and out of imprint during an exercise isn't good, but I don't know. any thoughts?
Emily G ~ Thank you for your forum post. Her spine is still very stable while she is moving so she is staying safe throughout the exercise. If she was not able to maintain stability, then it would be advised to use a smaller range of motion. I hope this helps!
