I love Meredith’s classes. I had to modify some for a pesky shoulder but will come back to this one again!  

Wonderful class Meri for the start of 2023! I used 2 pound weights for most of the first half. Loved the flow. Like you always say, "there is work there if you look for it." I was hot and bothered. Thanks!!!
