Thank You Erika, Woo hoo that was great. I had to modify a few things (lunges and squats) as I am 12 weeks post-knee surgery. But I still got a great workout doing slight knee bends and being seated instead of standing on the reformer. Can't wait to use it in my class AND come back to do again when I can squat XXXX
