Hildegard V Hello the levels are always challenging to give as it really depends on the person. I would recommend looking for the beginner level classes as I know some of these are spicy but go a little slower. Thank you

Great workout with the ball! Loved the adductor work with the ball against the box and the unilateral foot work on the ball for Proprioception!
