I appreciate your honesty.  To give a different experience, I started this workout with a standing mat series for 6 minutes to give the upperbody feedback before we did planks and the traditional ab series on the mat.  I hope you get a chance to try this again, so you can experience the classic AB series at the 11 minute mark, right where you left off!  thanks for working out with me!  -Dane
