I really like working out with the band especially in the lower body. Using it in my upper body actually showed me how weak I am in some places so I ended up modifying without the band for a lot of the upper body work because it just didn’t feel right on my wrist or shoulders. However, I loved all of the lower body work, especially the sideline clam series with the band. This is my first class with you and I look forward to to more!
