Yesss, I hear you on the upper body loop work, I notice a lot of my students choose to use dumbbells during those sets in my group classes, helpful exercises either way! Omg, the clam side series is a fav though never gets easier. 🔥 can’t wait to workout together again soon, thanks for the comment.

Awesome, class again, Dane. I love your energy, humour and grace of movement. This is another of your classes I will return to regularly—and is the best for my hips. The band tends to pull on the hairs on my leg, so I need to replace shorts with leggings! I'd LOVE you to include a Ladder Barrel workout. Not enough for this piece of equipment :)

Dane, your energy and cueing are great!. The Band moves for the upper body felt great on my rotator cuff tear which I am 5.5 out months from accident. Between PT and Pilates Anything I am working hard to avoid surgery. It's working!
Such a great idea to use a loop which is an easy piece of equipment to have at home . Clearly pointing out what we could be doing wrong is so helpful. More classes please and thanks from across the Pond
