I love Sarah's classes- they take away the pressure of feeling you are working out by following the playfulness and creativity within- but still are very useful for daily tasks and core strengthening. Well done Sarah!
OMG, Sarah - I love this class. It was creative, playful, informative and effective. I especially liked the cueing for the shoulder blades on the foam roller, that was new and helpful!
This was such a powerful Pilates / mobility practice. Moves I'd not tried in 16 years of practice AND very helpful as I recover from Morton's neuroma surgery. Thank you, Sarah!
