Saturday 11/15 - -start with vision drill standing in tall neutral posture - do the first 15 minutes, listen for "this is it, I'll change it for you up here"-Come to standing, and do:

-follow up with 3 sets of: forearm plank (10 sec) and prone cobra (10 sec) -finish with wall roll downs.
Theraband - Do only the first 18 minutes, finish with lying on back, knee to chest hip stirs 5 times slow/each direction and change sides. Or YouTube hip video i posted long ago.
