To Start a New Account

If you don't have a Pilates Anytime account, you can start a new account with your gift certificate.

• Go to the Account Sign up Page
• Tap on "I have a coupon or gift certificate" and enter the code from your gift certificate
• Click the "Continue" button and your new account will be started

To Restart a Canceled Account

Log In to your account

Go to the Redeem a Gift Certificate page from My Account > Payment & Membership

Enter the code from your gift certificate to restart your membership

To Apply to An Active Account

If you are an active subscriber, redeeming a gift certificate will automatically move your next billing date by the duraiton of your gift certificate. For example, if you redeem a 6 month gift certificate, your next billing date will be adjusted by 6 months.

Log In to your account

Go to the Redeem a Gift Certificate page from My Account > Payment & Membership

Enter the code from your gift certificate to apply to your membership

Go to the Redeem a Gift Certificate page from My Account > Payment & Membership

Enter the code from your gift certificate

You will be given the option to redeem any workshop of the same or lesser value as your gift workshop
