After 15 years of being a flight attendant, I stopped flying when I found out that I was pregnant with my first child. So I was home. And then I had a second child. It's a challenge keeping up with them. I'm a little bit older mom.
The day gets crazy, trying to keep up with two little boys and all their activities and school project, sports, everything. Three years ago, I started really doing Pilates seriously. It felt like I needed something for me. My favorite exercise of all is teaser with the challenge. And it's a whole body exercise.
The day that I finally got up there, I thought, I did it. Initially I was hoping that would help me keep up with my kids. And it has done so much more than that. And I honestly think they now need to keep up with me. Mom is strong now.
I can take them if I have to. Because of Pilates, I have learned to love my body.
