Hi everyone. I'm just going to give you a breakdown of the fan kick that is in my transitional math class. It is a little bit trickier and challenging on the choreography and the coordination. So here's a breakdown version of it. I'll work up to the full pace, have a watch of these before you actually do the class so that you feel like you're not falling behind at that point and you can keep the flow with us. So lying onto your side, I'm lying towards the front of the Mat and I bring this hand underneath my head.

Top hand comes over on top of the head as well. So I start by doing my double kick forward, one two point the foot as I go back and lift up through the waist. So that lift is going to be really important when it comes to going into the fan kick. So in the class we'll do eight of those. And then from there we bring the leg forward on the last one. And you can see I'm down on this side. As I come forward, I keep this leg going over, I roll the other leg to land on the other side, up in the lift, the leg goes forward. As it does, I lie my side down, circle the legs around, row into the lift a little bit quicker.

Now we roll around and lift, roll around and lift one more each side. So we're building up to that flow would pace around and lift. And there you go. That's your fan kick. And I hope you enjoy the full class.
