Hi, I'm Tom McCook, founder and director of Center of Balance. Please join me for my new classes on Pilates Anytime. My classes are designed to help you move better, release tension, become stronger and have more functional fluid body for life. My classes were designed based on my long study of the Franklin method, functional movement science and being committed to helping everyone get the most benefit from their movement practice. My hope for you because you feel strong, more fluid and energized and inspired to move more.
