If you're heading down the aisle this spring and summer, you may be looking to the future Princess for inspiration as well. After all, every bride deserves to feel royal on her wedding day.

As Megan Markle's marriage to Prince Harry has captured the world's attention, so have the soon-to-be bride's health and fitness habits. A devotee of various fitness regimens, it is hard not to be inspired by her healthy lifestyle.

If you're heading down the aisle this spring and summer, you may be looking to the future Princess for inspiration as well. After all, every bride deserves to feel royal on her wedding day.

The key to feeling like nobility as you stand before your own royal court is feeling confident. The stronger and more in control you feel, the more confident bride you will be. Because Pilates helps build a strong core while stretching and lengthening your muscles and combines breathing as well, it is the perfect method to help you feel tall, strong and confident on the big day.

Here are 5 Pilates exercises to help you feel length through your body, stand tall with good posture, and control your breathing to ease those nervous jitters.

Say "I do" to these 5 Pilates exercises:

1. The Hundred

Strengthen your abdominals, stabilize your core, and increase your breath control.

2. Swan

Open your chest and create length in your spine.

3. Leg Pull Front

Strengthen your shoulders and stabilize your trunk and pelvis for strong, supported posture.

4. Shoulder Bridge

Strengthen your hamstrings and glutes while increasing the flexibility of the front of the leg for a strong, confident walk.
