In part 3 of Kathy Grant's methods section of the Legacy Project, Cara Reeser continues on from the first 2 methods by adding equipment and props. Using a Spine Corrector, Overball, Tennis Ball, and Ankle Weights, she teaches exercises to get you working in a slightly different way. Cara also reminds us of Kathy's Song and Ball Breathing, which helps us start our practice from the inside.
