Hello Courtney,
I hear a lot of wrist complaints when I make my clients do the knee stretch series or the plank or upstretch exercises even when they use the heels of their hands. Any advice on that?
I really enjoy watching your videos as I learn a lot to teach my classes. You are awesome! :)

Courtney have you every come across clients who feel "sea sick" or some sort of "motion sickness" doing pilates on the reformer? if so how do you overcome this? Also I have a friend who does pilates matwork (beg level) and she felt sick and light headed when doing some work with the overball under her thoracic spine and circling arms - could this be some sort of motion sickness. She claims she had eaten and has no other medical issues to her knowledge. I would be interested to hear your views on this thank you.

You plan impeccable sessions. Planning is the key to good teaching. Do you have a "lesson plan" format you might be willing to share? A short list of goals for every workout? Thank you, Courtney!

I have a female super flexible client who just cannot maintain her balance with legs extended in Open Leg Rocker - she can perform it with tabletop legs - but the minute she tries to extend her legs long, she collapses. I would love some guidance on what is happening - I have tried getting her to "lengthen" through her legs from her hips, use her arms more strongly in hold, and so on - but she cannot "maintain the balance position" at all with extended legs. She has been doing Pilates for 7 years! Thanks so much!

Hi Courtney, you are my favorite! My most difficult privates to service are my rigid 5-8 mile a day runners. They are tight, rigid, "sagittal beasts", AND they want to "feel it" on each work out and have little interest in working small. Any programming advice for anti-Pilates movers who are loyal clients? ? behind ?, ideas on connecting to their athleticism with programming to help them from over doing it - and progress on their own pace.hope that makes sense. You are the best!

I LOVE the 2 Courtney Miller classes I have taken--LOVE them. :) Looking forward to taking the one with hand weights again this week. I Really felt that workout for 2 days after it. It felt GREAT to begin to get strong again!!! GREAT!!!! And I am grateful for how the moves weren't too hard but in totality, they were intense and very effective. :) She's AWESOME! SOOOO LOOKING FORWARD to more of her classes on here and hope there are some mat ones! :)

Jodie ~ You have great timing! We just finished everything for the Q&A and it will go live at the end of the week! I will also refer Courtney to this blog to make sure she can answer any questions in here that weren't addressed in the video. I hope you enjoy it!
