Romana Kryzanowska taught Michael Frtizke and Ton Voogt Pilates through experience, which was the same way she learned from "Uncle Joe." She had a wide range of clients, so they were able to experience what it was like to work with elite athletes and professional dancers, as well as seniors who needed pre-Pilates. In addition to Pilates, she taught them how to have balance in life, and how to live life to the fullest.
