Allison ~ It can be difficult to make these decisions given how subjective level is especially since the beginning of the class was more basic while the end of the class was a lot more challenging. However, upon further review we agree, the class should be a level 2 so we changed it.
Sorry this class was not good for me. I prefer smoother transitions, Technical cueing based on muscle and skeletal movement and not organ cueing. But good luck a suppose it has to do with my training thru Balanced body. It felt more like a Gym pilates class to me. Thanks any way
