Ok so Viola what I would suggest off the top of my head would be first to maybe keep the movement much smaller. Also REALLY focus on keeping those abs pulled in and up, almost think of your back as being rounded so that the weight doesn’t transfer so easily. Finally, if you notice on that particular variation Tyler had his toes tucked under which helps to keep him from going out too far. I hope this helps, and thanks so much for watching!!
What a great little gem of a quick full-body workout! Did it with my (male) partner who loved it and loved it too! Challenging and quite fast-paced, and went straight into my favourites.
