I started with my 5 lb weights and realized since I am considering myself a new beginner that my 2 lbs were probably enough for the moment. Then Merideth said the class was using 2 lbs and I was ecstatic! Nice class!
Oh, Christal! I imagine that 5lb weights would feel sooooo hard. Good job! :)

I do this one straight after any of my 30 minute classes as a 'finish off th arms routine' ….LOVE !!
