This is my second time giving Pilates Anytime a try. Your workouts are honestly the reason I came back. I love your cueing and innovative ideas. I feel like I was worked hard but didn't have to compromise the principles to do so. I think it's important for Pilates Instructors to keep their clients coming back with innovative work that'll keep us intrigued and most importantly keep us healthy and strong.
