Also, as a comment for Shahena - I was using a split pedal Stott chair during this workout (with 4 springs), and the red springs seemed to work fine on the same settings as the Balanced Body black springs. In general, I find that Stott springs are slightly shorter and heavier than Balanced Body, so you can moderate slightly up or down for your body needs. Hope that helps :)
Finally had a chance to do this. Yes I agree w/doing those moves w/one spring, if its too heavy I find myself fighting w/the foot bar instead of finding the balance I need to perform the moves. Well worth the "me" time, thanks Kristi!

For those of you out there who have not had the chance to visit the PA family so far, you have to do it soon or later...When you are there it is really magic...you 'breath' happiness, joy, love for the method in a very 'casual' way....It is just like being with longtime friends....thank you so much guys!!!!!!!
