Yes...weights can be our friends! love the subtle variations....like hand behind head w wts for criss cross. Modified torso lift so we don't get into our low back. thank you Meredith & PA
Meredith, thank you for this class. I loved your cueing - very deliberate and clear. I love the way you focus on "little" movements but which have so much impact.
Meredith's classes have personality, cue'ing and creativity of movement. All of the ones I have taken are excellent. However, I think this is my favorite :) Thanks Meredith!
