Ken, I always enjoy your attenton to being anatomically correct and finding where exactly you are moving from and to. And yes, slippery pants are brutal on the spine corrector!
Susan . . . I did not teach Spine Corrector for 8 years. I waited until I was well practiced and felt confident in learning the material through my study with Ron Fletcher. Any Spine Corrector requires experience of basic Pilates as the spine is exposed to extreme flexion and extension. Teaching Spine Corrector is the most intimate of all the apparatus. Thank you for your comment!
Thank You truly wonderful cueing, perfect for any level really.. beginner to advanced. I enjoyed how each movements progression was carefully choreographed and executed.
Ken, I think Susan's comment is in reference to us labeling the class a level 1/2, not your experience as the one teaching it. For both of you, we will re-evaluate the class to see if we should adjust the level in comparison with our other classes. Thank you for your feedback Susan.
mmm... my neck is longer, shoulder blades wider... i'm feeling very good, thank you Ken. I do however agree with Susan, compared to other classes on PA I think this should be labeled as level 2. Cheers.
Roxana and Susan ~ Thank you for your feedback regarding the level of the class. After reviewing the class again, I believe you are right in that the class should be a labeled as a Level 2 and have made that change.
Just completed the class and my torso feels amazing. I especially enjoyed working the Stretch Out Strap prop. Finally, my Fletcher cup is filled up whenever I get to be your student!
Thank you for the feedback. I realize that this work is evolutionary and personal . . . both qualities must be acknowledged. This work is challenging in focus and practice.
