I am always in favour of gluteal strengthen and foam rolling the tight areas.
Very informative. Great, clear cuing ! Thank you!
Thanks, Ed! This was a great tutorial. I performed the exercises with you and I immediately felt more stability. My gluteals are definitely engaged now. And the support feels more organic than a forced support. Thank you!

Hi Ed, thank you for this tutorial! I find it really hard to work the glute max and not the hamstrings in the bridging exercises! I get cramps right away.. Seems this is exactly what I need, and usually I am cheating?

Very informative. I could feel the focus on the glutes and will use it before my Pilates practice. Valuable for teaching too, thanks for sharing.
This is great information - thank you so much.

I was wondering the same as Angela burgges, my hamstrings are very tight no matter how much I stretch and baby them. I've been teaching and practicing pilates for over 5 years and it's starting to really bug me! So good to know that it could be just naturally occurring tightness! Wonderful tutorial, I will be using these exercise in my classes for sure.
great tutorial, thank you Ed..
