In 7-8 years of Pilates, you are only the 2nd instructor I've seen do the cross-leg stand-up from a seated position. Yeah! I also appreciate you having students in the class who don't appear to be instructors or folks who have taken a 1000 classes. That's refreshing. I had fun, am toned/lengthened, and feel great. Definitely felt the "before and after" difference from the first to the final Rolldown with some freedom in my spine and enjoyed the cueing throughout the class.
