Kerry hard to advise without seeing. Try paying attention to keeping weight into the whole arm in an effort to utilize the upper back? Please let me know if this helps.
I actually practices the rollover today with the magic circle and tried to keep wight on my triceps and visualise my shoulder blades and it really helped thanks!
