I dug deep into the archives to find a class I'd never taken, but one that wouldn't be too taxing since I'm recovering from bronchitis.

Well, was I surprised! What a challenge! Maybe I'm just weak but this didn't feel even close to a level one, but what a delight to do! And bonus, this really opened up my chest and lungs! Nice deep breathing for me tonight!

Miriam.....yes, this class goes back a LONG time ago, wow! It made me smile reading your comment and I am so happy to hear that you were able to breath better after taking this class, what a joy! Isn't that what the work is all about......the breath?! Happiness!!

Hi Amy!
I loved your class. I am always looking for classes that (1) strengthen the upper back and shoulders and support my posture and (2) do not require bending forward too much for the long term health of my spine. This class does both!
Hi there Ayelet, glad you enjoyed this class. I have several others that meet those needs you described, one in particular is a wall workout emphasizing shoulders and spine. You may enjoy that too. Nice hearing from you!
