Amy Havens, I LOVED the workout---in fact, I've been doing the rollup work & rib rotations (almost) daily. Something about the seated rotation while holding the bar with one arm, really encouraged my ability to breathe into my side ribs, even more. The tactile cuing of the fingers between the ribs was a beautiful image & worked so well for me. I have had that cue in the past, but it escaped me until you said it and then it all came back to me: Hello LENGTH & Hello INTERCOSTALS :D Yet another reason why I adore this site for 'refresher' moments in cueing both for teaching and my own personal work. I’m not sure how I missed this three years ago but I’m sure glad I found it today! Loved the arm work with the springs a little lower. I normally set mine higher. Great class Amy! Thank you!
