Hi Helen -- check out other classes that use the jump board as we have many on this site that are longer than 20 minutes! I think you'll find quite a bit of variety and enjoy each class.

I like that the video shot is showing 2 different angles for the viewers so that we can see how the body moves. Hope this can be done for other videos too where it is required.
